Question 1

How do I become a Cozy & Coco provider?

Accepted Answer

Complete our provider application form with your services, experience and supporting documents. Our team will review your application and contact you about the next steps. Once approved, we’ll explain our booking process, service expectations and payment arrangements before you begin.

Question 2

Do I need previous mobile service experience?

Accepted Answer

Mobile experience is helpful, but please tell us about your experience in salons, spas, clinics, workplaces or events too. We consider your skills, professionalism and ability to deliver a high standard of service in different settings.

Question 3

Where does Cozy & Coco offer bookings?

Accepted Answer

Our current focus is Melbourne and surrounding areas. Tell us your home suburb and preferred travel areas when you apply so we can consider you for suitable opportunities.

Question 4

Can I apply if I live outside Melbourne?

Accepted Answer

You’re welcome to submit an application and include your location. Opportunities depend on local demand and our service coverage, so applying does not guarantee bookings in your area.

Question 5

Can I offer more than one service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Include all the services you are qualified and insured to provide, along with your experience in each. Our team will review these as part of your application.

Question 6

What types of bookings could I receive?

Accepted Answer

Opportunities may include appointments in private homes and hotels, workplace wellness sessions, weddings, group pamper bookings, brand activations and special events. We match opportunities to your skills, location and availability.

Question 7

Can I choose my hours and where I work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You choose which opportunities suit your availability, travel preferences and expertise. Before accepting, consider the service time, travel and any setup requirements so you can arrive prepared.

Question 8

Can I join while working at a salon, spa or another job?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can accept Cozy & Coco bookings alongside your other professional commitments. Please keep your availability accurate and ensure any booking you accept can be completed as agreed.

Question 9

Do I need my own equipment and products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bring the professional equipment, products and hygiene supplies required for your services. For massage bookings, this may include a portable massage table or chair, clean towels and disposable liners. Each booking brief will outline any specific requirements.

Question 10

What should I wear to a booking?

Accepted Answer

Wear clean, professional black clothing suitable for your service, such as a polo shirt, beautician tunic or a plain apron over a black top. Any event-specific dress requirements will be included in your booking brief.

Question 11

How much can I earn?

Accepted Answer

Your earnings depend on the services you provide, the booking duration and the opportunities you accept. You’ll see your service payment before committing to a booking. Booking volumes and income are not guaranteed.

Question 12

When will I be paid?

Accepted Answer

Provider payments are processed weekly on Wednesdays for completed and approved work included in that pay run. We’ll explain invoice requirements and payment cut-off times during onboarding.

Question 13

Are travel and parking costs covered?

Accepted Answer

Travel fees and parking reimbursements depend on the booking. Check the booking brief and confirm any agreed allowance with our team before accepting. Additional expenses should be approved in advance.

Question 14

Can a client request me again?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Clients can request you for future appointments through Cozy & Coco, subject to your availability. Encourage them to book through us so we can coordinate the appointment, payment and any eligible rewards.

Question 15

What support will I receive?

Accepted Answer

Our team can help with booking arrangements, client requests, schedule changes and service queries. You’ll receive the relevant booking details so you can prepare and focus on looking after your clients.

Question 16

What if I cannot attend a confirmed booking?

Accepted Answer

Let our team know as soon as possible so we can help arrange an alternative. Please follow the cancellation process in your provider agreement and avoid arranging a replacement without our approval.

Question 17

What should I do if I feel unsafe at a booking?

Accepted Answer

Your safety comes first. If you feel unsafe, stop the service, move to a safe place and contact our team as soon as it is safe to do so. Call 000 if there is an immediate emergency.
